The price displayed on the website includes Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions. No hidden costs are involved. We reserve the right to change the price of any Product/Item without prior notice.
The user should carefully read the description of gifts, shipping declaration and destination information before placing the order.
The floral image displayed is indicative in nature. The floral arrangement may vary from the original picture from Website due to variability of flowers across the destinations.
We are a service which acts as a facilitator for users, who desire to send gifts to India, and vendors who sell them. We do not take any responsibility for any losses, expenses, quality of products or services, and damages.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We need a notice in advance, at least 4 hours to 4 business days, for perishable gift items such as flowers, cakes; and fruits depending on the destination to deliver. For the same day and midnight deliveries we should receive your order before 12PM IST (this will applicable to only the metropolitan cities). Order received before 12PM IST will be processed same day for all the major metropolitan cities. For all other cities, we may need and advance notice of 4 business days.
All the orders are processed as they received such as First-In, First-out basis. During the busy days (Occasion dates), we recommend you to place the orders at least 3 days in advance. For any reason if we cannot deliver your order due to high order volume, your order might be delivered on the next working day or later. If we are experiencing high order volume your order might be delivered before or after the selected date.
Our normal delivery timings are between 9AM and 7PM, including on Sundays and public holidays. Midnight deliveries are delivered between 11.45AM and 12.15 AM.
The date of delivery selected by you will be applicable ONLY for the perishable gifts such as flowers, cakes, and fruits. While placing an order to be delivered to a residence, please provide the complete shipping address, including the home telephone number and the mobile number, as follows:
1. Full address, including Door number/House number
2. Home telephone number, with area code/ Mobile number.
If the shipping address is a Hotel / Hospital/Office, please prove the following details:

Refund Policy:
Refund requests should be made before 48hrs of the delivery date to contactus@flowersNsmiles.com. We will refund, if you cancel the order 48hrs before the delivery date for perishable gifts items such as flowers, cakes, fruits. However, no refund shall be made for the perishable gifts, if you place your order under same day delivery and midnight delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
Regardless of payment has been confirmed or received; we reserve the right to cancel any order without giving any reason.
Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.
In case of home delivery, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery the item(s) will be handed over to a relative/neighbor, unless otherwise specified. If a relative/neighbor is unwilling to accept the delivery, we will leave the delivery items in front of the main door and it shall be considered the order has been executed. In such cases, no claims for refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
In case of hotel delivery, if the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception, and it shall be treated the order has been executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, it shall be treated that the order has been executed, and no claims for the refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
In the case of hospital delivery/office delivery, if the recipient is not in a state of accepting delivery, the item(s) will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/reception, and it shall be treated that the order has been executed, and no claims for the refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Any damages and/or defects to the product must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery, by the recipient or the sender. Replacement should be done only if the recipient sends back the damaged goods. Please ensure that the recipient will not to accept the items from the delivery service, if the package is open or Items are damaged.
Any disputes or controversies arising out of the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the India and/or the State Courts of Andhra Pradesh and the venue for such disputes shall rest solely in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
